Your questions, answered straight.
Which countries do you work in?
The Americas, Europe, and anywhere else you need me. 100% remote, during your business hours, in your language: English or Spanish.
How much does it cost?
Per-device pricing, adapted to your market — month-to-month, no lock-in, first month free. Give me 10 minutes and I'll send you a quote.
What about my data privacy?
Your files, emails and business data never leave your machines. Only technical health metrics travel — encrypted — to my own private server. No cloud providers, no third parties.
How will I know if something goes wrong?
I reach out to you — not the other way around. I detect it, I call you, I fix it. And every month you get a clear report on the health of your systems.
Do I have to do anything?
Nothing. After the initial call I install it remotely myself, once per machine, and from then on it works on its own. You keep using your computer as always.
What kind of businesses is this for?
SMBs that can't afford to stop: insurance, travel, accounting and law firms, real estate and more. If one day without systems costs you money, this is for you.
How fast do you respond?
I normally reply within minutes during your agreed support window — you talk directly to the person who fixes it, no help desk, no ticket queue. And Pulse never sleeps: it monitors 24/7, so critical issues are usually detected before you even notice.
What if the problem is physical — a disk, RAM, a power supply?
I diagnose it remotely and tell you exactly what to buy, compatible with your setup — I can even find the best prices in your city. For the swap, I guide any local technician step by step. Most problems, though, get solved without ever touching a screw.
Does monitoring open doors into my network?
No. Each machine talks only to my server, through a single encrypted outbound channel with Zero Trust architecture (WireGuard, 256-bit encryption). Machines can't see each other and nothing is exposed to the internet. You're adding a guardian, not a doorway.
Will it slow down my machine?
No. It runs quietly in the background — you won't even notice it's there.
Do you use artificial intelligence?
Pulse was developed entirely by me: the architecture, the design and the code are my own decisions. I write it with today's tools — code editor, version control and artificial intelligence. But what to measure, and when to worry, comes from 25 years fixing computers, not from a model. AI helped me write the code, not decide. Alerts fire on technical thresholds I define myself; I review them personally, and critical ones reach me by push notification. No automated decision is ever taken about your business.
