I'm Pablo M. Rondina. I've been keeping businesses' IT running for 25 years, without interruption — from insurance brokers, travel agencies, accountants and law firms in Buenos Aires to an engineering firm in New Zealand and an expedition vessel in Antarctica.
My first remote support session was in 2003: a friend in Puerto Rico, over NetMeeting and a dial-up modem. Remote work wasn't a trend back then — it was a technical feat. I've had two decades to get good at it.
Today my own software — PC Aid Pulse — monitors my clients' machines 24/7 with private AI, and I personally handle what it finds. No call centers, no ticket queues, no outsourcing. When something matters, you talk to the person who built the system.
Pulse is our own software — designed and built from scratch.
